Nicole Vaughn

Nicole's pursuit of becoming a LPC comes from a desire to help clients gain personal insight, troubleshoot their own life challenges, and develop thoughtful strategies; helping them to make healthy choices that lead to relational and overall life improvements.

Nicole is currently working on her Master’s of Arts in Counseling from B.H. Carroll Theological Seminary. Her goal is to provide support, guidance, and life skills to overcome personal challenges while also healing.

Nicole primarily works with older teens and adults in a variety of areas:

- Depression
- Anxiety
- Grief and Loss
- Young Adults and College Concerns
- Transition through Changes of Life Seasons
- Emotional Healing
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Emotion Focus Therapy
- Attachment Theory

In addition to her time at Hope Connects Counseling, Nicole serves at church in the Student Ministry as a Life Group Leader for senior high school students. When she's not counseling, she enjoys quality time traveling with her husband and family, spending time with friends at a local coffee shop, or reading.

Please note that all HCC therapists are contractors, therefore they set and determine their own schedules, specializations, and hours. HCC will help communication between clients and therapists, but scheduling is at the discretion of each individual therapist.
